im looking for my soulmate i loooooooooove the way our skin looks together i love everything about white women i felt this way all my life in philly it used to be looked upon so its alittle harder for me to find that special one

 

As a Philly resident, I will you all the best in your search. I don't know your age, but if you're just starting out, Philly can be a bit socially segregated, so I'd start with the personals to get a feel..going out to a bar in Philly can be somewhat intimidating if you're into IR.
Roxborough, Germantown, Lower Chestnut Hill, the lower NorthEast, West Philly around the College campus and CC is where you'll have the best chances.

 

I love the way black/white skin looks together too. I find it hard to believe that you have trouble meeting white women in Philly or that it is still somewhat strange to see interracial couples there. I live in Lancaster and interracial couples are quite common here. I, however, find it hard to meet quality men. I would think my chances would be better in Philly.
