    Jordan, thank you :) I've been working hard, and am beginning to see results. Your strength vs cardio suggestion really struck a chord with me and I'm about to launch a new program, I'm pretty excited about it! So I owe it all to you ;)

    We mean them in the definition not having to do with masturbation. :p
