I don't think I could wait around for someone in prison. Infact I wouldn't. I try not to get romantically involved with criminals plus what a horrible example for my son. That's just me though. Like the other guy said - unless they're in prison for protecting someone then fuck them.

I can completely understand her decision.
 
Not to start shit again but the story just doesnt add up. No way in Hell could a small little "BS" burglary like that add up to 5 to 10 years. Theres just no way. There's gotta be more to story.

Oh and I can't wait til Brittney's man gets out and is able to post here. Maybe he can clear this up for us.:smt042

LA, you misunderstand me man, I know it's not, I thought all of us on here already knew about this. But I think that Iggy and the others who agreed with him were ignorant about racial disparities that are in America's judicial system. I believe that Brittney's BF shouldn't have been sentenced. A discussion about what happened should still be going on.

I thought Britty said he got in a fight while incarcerated and they added time on.

But it's not ours to reason out. I am sure Britty and her man can live their own lives without our guidance. :smt042

I hate to admit this but I'm starting to get the same vibe about him myself. I've noticed for quite sometime now that he seems to purposely ignore certain bits of information about topics as he did in this case when they have clearly been posted and all in an effort it seems to, as he put it "start shit" when there is no reason to. He's either immature as hell or he's up to something.

Again, it still doesnt add up though. Fights in prison happen all the time. No way would it for from serving a little amount of time to suddently 5 to 10 freakin years. Sorry but it doesnt add up. This fool had to of done some serious illegal shit to get 5 to 10 years (and dont give me this shit that its cause he's black)

What makes you such an expert on how shit works in the prison system? How many times have you been locked up? When did you work in corrections & were trained on disciplinary action against inmates? When were you a judge or a lawyer or someone else privy to the workings of convictions & sentencing?

As most people are aware, inmates seldom spend their entire sentence locked up, but when they get into trouble while incarcerated, they typically lose some or all of the good time they've earned that gets them released sooner. The punishment also depends on the what they did to get the disciplinary action taken against them. I've seen many inmates lose everything due to fights. Sometimes with fights they also charge the inmate with assault which can add to his time. Although you think it's "shit", it is true that an inmate's race does have bearing on what happens to him while locked up...I saw it happen on a regular basis.

I'm not an expert obviously but I do know some stuff in regards to sentencing. It sounds like Brit's man did a little something more to get 5 to 10 years thats all. lmao you dont need to be a lawyer or judge to know the sentencing hahaha:smt043

Anyways its all good with me, I was just curious. If Brittney wants to stay and raise a family with her thug OG husband, then more power to her. Hopefully her man is done breaking into places lol

Agreed, it is her life and his. We don't know the full story and we shouldn't be probing & judging
