I love foooood Today was a longer cardio day 12k run (7.5 miles roughly) and pouring with rain which always makes me hungry so lots of food. Yay! Two weetbix with skim milk, peaches and piece of wholegrain toast with Vegemite (ask an Aussie you Americans who haven't had the privilege of trying it) Apple Coffee Soup I made with firm tofu, creamed corn, spring onion, chicken stock and peas (it's actually really yum), some toasted wholewheat pidda Natural yoghurt with pear and some almonds Dinner 1 Grilled swordfish with red and green peppers (capsicum), onions and black and green olives. Toasted wholewheat pidda with avocado, vintage cheddar and tomato Dinner 2.. errr..: Baby spinach, carrot and mushroom salad in a dressing of natural yoghurt, lemon juice and parsley some Dark chilli chocolate and a glass of champagne I think there was some pineapple in there somewhere
I had the most delicious salad today. Lettuce, corn, chickpeas, capsicum, tomato, danish feta, tuna and balsamic dressing. YUM!

Yeah yeah! How exciting! Pic looks yumo better than mine! See paniro eating clean doesn't have to be boring! Agreed that its easier to have the same each day but I line finding the time to make something, even if it's at work for twenty mins. Sor for spelling and grammar.. Teeny phone keyboard
Great run, Leksola. 7.5 miles is pretty good. If you did it everyday, that would put you at about 53 miles per week.
Yum.. Yeah I usually eat out on the weekend one night if I'm travelling and at home I always make cake/pie/pudding on sunday
