I had totally forgotten about this scene! Haven't watched a Soprano's rerun in ages! Thanks for posting.
LOL. this has been discussed to a small extent. There is one thing...Im sure if it was the son banging a BG then it wouldnt have been a big deal. a little miffed but no big deal
You know what's funny is everytime this happened it was the girl's mother who made a big deal about it. Dads always like me.
I remember that scene as well. I wonder if that son dated a BW in collage? It would be a different reaction.
Well, AJ did briefly date that Dominican girl (played by actress Dania Ramirez) with the baby and they made wisecracks, but didn't stop him from doing it. It's all about controlling "their" women and letting the guys do whatever they want. Ooops! My slip-up guys, I didn't know you were talking about real life. In that case, I haven't really had a negative since high school. To be fair, most of the girls were from other countries or Jewish liberals whose parents didn't care one way or the other, as long as you were in college, LOL
Yes, that was funny. LOL. I kept waiting for the black guy to come on. Once the guy said his mother was black, I then said, "Oh!". I would have never even known he was black. I have noticed that many times the mixed children of black women tend to have a complexion that is practically white. Anyway, ball players and celebrities are always accepted by white families. Money carries a lot of weight.
ive rarely seen it with that parent combo, ive seen it mostly when the bm is the father, but both parent combos can produce mixed race kids with various complextions, its interesting
The Sopranos was a very well done excellent TV show. Haha, I love that line, "what is your background?" I have heard that a few times and never gets old.
If one doesn't look at the color of their(Tony and Noah) skin. That kid acted like a know it all and should of been more reserved when meeting Tony. A father should be protective of his daughter but ofcourse Tony is an asshole and it didnt help with that kid's demeanor.
