I agree that the way you are wired is out of your hands. However, no one is ever born in the wrong body. Dna determines your gender from day 1. That's what should be used to make decisions on one's gender(excluding people who have ambiguous sex chromosomes)
I'm going to say this and it may be insensitive but it is all in that person's head. There are plenty of gay people who will tell you that they were born in the right body.

you cannot compare transgender and gay. they are not the same thing at all

In this particular case, I am comparing one's mental decision of what gender they want to be or feel that they are. I probably used a bad example as transgendered people can have any sexuality that their body tells them to. It was an attempt to point out that some people find that they are ok with their gender and others do not. However, this determination is done mentally.

I hope they don't let that shit slide. He & the other cowardly shits need to be held accountable for their behavior.

There was nothing fake about that seizure IMO.

Ok, so what's your point? Heterosexual people are comfortable with their gender and identify with the gender as defined by their DNA. Homosexual people are comfortable with their gender, and typically identify with their DNA identity. Transvestites are comfortable with their gender, but prefer to dress in clothing of the opposite gender. Trans-gender individuals feel that they were born into the wrong body and they identify with a gender different than DNA suggests. Some trans-gender people elect to have surgery to conform to their beliefs about their gender. I don't see the confusion?

You got my point. People mentally are either comfortable or not comfortable with their gender. It doesn't have to do with being born in the wrong body.
That's what I was saying and you ran through all the scenarios of that.

I'm certainly no fan of this guy, and he will probably get fired, but it's remote that he will be charged with any crime. Stupidity is not a crime.

I remember a case, which though different, appeals to a similar sense of immorality none the less. An American guy met a Russian woman online and later decided to marry her. She came to the states on a fiancée visa. Something happened during the first evening of their visit. He asked her to leave, and having no resources she went to an empty lot across the street from his home. The night was cold and she died of exposure. For as appalled at the inhumanity of the event as everyone was, he had committed no crime and couldn't be charged with any.

The two criminals are the "ladies" who committed the crime, and they should be punished to the full extent of the law.

The McDonald’s employee who stood by and videotaped the beating of a patron at a Maryland restaurant has been fired, according to a statement released this afternoon by the franchise owner.

Vernon Hackett, 22, was canned in the face of a torrent of publicity about the brutal April 18 attack, which Hackett filmed on a cell phone and uploaded to his YouTube channel. The video has prompted widespread criticism of McDonald’s workers who did little to help the victim, a 22-year-old transgendered woman.

Mitchell McPherson, owner of the suburban Baltimore McDonald’s where the beating occurred, said today that, “the crew member who made the video is no longer employed with my organization.” He added, “Appropriate action regarding other employees will take place as warranted.”

The manager ,if that is who the guy in blue was, needs to be next to go because he allowed this to happen and did nothing at all to stop it.

A few points to be made:

    1. Biological and psychological situations are vastly different from one another, that is true in your statement. But you're missing the point altogether. One's mental being has to be in agreement with the physiological aspects of the person for some to be true to their form. One can't "feel" that way because it would require society expectations solely to take course and pressure to be something they are not.

    2. There was a study in which doctors actually manipulated the the fetus from its birth by changing the sex from male to female to see whether she would adapt to her physical form. As the study continued, they've noticed that the child basically didn't adapt well to her physiological form and still manifested masculine attitudes. So, it's very much true that people can be in the wrong body. Furthermore, if your logic reigned true, then everyone could freely feel like the opposite sex anytime they want.

I agree, especially since after doing nothing to stop it, he told them they should leave before the police got there.

You're lucky such fiascoes don't occur that much in the land down under.

If I were there that wouldn't have happened. I would've yoked at least one of them bitches up and got in a few backhands on the other. What made her have seizures? What was this about anyway?

Edit: I see now. A bit more complicated than I thought. It's still sad that it took an elderly lady to intervene.
