Speaking of that, I watched the game yesterday. The Lakers fell a bit short against the Hornets, they lost by 9 points, 109-100. Lamar Odom has also won the 6th man of the year award for his impressive NBA performances.

And where did you get that figure? I'm curious as to its veracity because even Drake and Lil Wayne, who probably do more in one month than all of the Kardashians do in three months didn't make $40 million combined. Please provide a source.

And I can assure you that Drake and Lil' Wayne combined don't do more then the Kardashians.

Let me break some of it down for you....

They practically have their own reality TV empire. 4 shows(including the new Khloe/Lamar show) that are very successful.
They have a best selling book.
They have perfumes, fashion lines, and their own stores.
I think you and I both know that they're constantly on the cover of tabloids, they get paid good money for each one.
Then a huge chunk comes from their appearances. You know how you always see these girls at clubs and shit? Well Kim alone has a minimal charge of $100,000 to appear at a club. She's even been paid 1 million for international appearances.
Then there's endorsements and twitter. Because Kim has like 6 million twitter followers she can get paid over 25K just to say something like "I'm drinking a Coke right now", or " I love[enter product here]"


I love how some people like to sit around and hate on these girls and say stuff like "they have no talents, they do nothing, why are they famous?".

I don't hate on them. I watched them on TV and honestly could not see or understand all the hoopla over them. So yes I am curious. How did they become famous? Did they start out as porn sluts first or something. It couldn't have been modeling because they are just average looking chicks. So what exactly boosted their image in the eyes of the public.

 

Inherently, people don't like Lamar and Khloe. As you stated in a different thread, it's because of "basic human nature".

You shouldn't judge other people by their appearance. Someone could say you are ugly looking and that would upset you, wouldn't it? Everyone has their own envision of what they perceive is and isn't attractive.

 

You think that Kim will discover my post and become butt hurt over it. I doubt it. I said they were average looking. Did that offend you? The best advice you can take is the advice that you give to others. You judge people all the time on how they look. So don't try and preach a holier than thou sermon to me. There are certain women you are attracted to and certain ones you are not. There is nothing wrong with being attracted to someone based on their appearance. There is also nothing wrong with NOT being attracted to someone based on their appearance. People like what they like based on appearance and personality, persona, and other things. You or no one else have the right to tell me what I think look good and what doesn't look good to me.

You don't acknowledge [clearly] that a person is average, ugly, etc in front of them or on a medium where they will eventually find out. I still believe what I say, when people do it and create this "ranking system", it causes anger within people, especially on a global scale. I learned a lot about that in HS, you really shouldn't classify people, at all. If you're talking to someone who you don't find is attractive, don't treat them differently and/or acknowledge how they look. You could still try to still act cordial and fair with them.
