    the harm is plunking down 250k-300k on a home, to get away from the knuckleheads...

    ..only to have them follow you into your neighborhood and buy a home that was foreclosed, RIGHT NEXT TO YOU

    if they're good people, then it's all good

    but if they're straight hood and be runnin crack out the back of that mothafucka like it aint no thing, that's some other shit

    I'm not sure crack addicts are holding things down enough to qualify for Morgages.
    People are just trying to better themselves, lots of people are going to take advantage of the falling market, don't understand why you would think like that?
    I'm happy for anyone who has been priced out of the market previously to finally get there chance to own a home in a decent neighbourhood.

    this is definitely a buyer's market

    i was looking at condos for 109k, in a building where they easily go for double

    it's like Christmas in February:smt113

    BUT...my rent still hasnt gone down for my current apartment....hasnt went up either so i guess it's all good
