i dont remember where i read this but an article about him mentioned he wont be sentenced for almost a year or so...so im betting he will just enjoy his bomb ass life with his hot ass girlfriend and live it up/party it up until he has to face the music (as well as buy time for his lawyer to shorten the sentence as much as possible). he's definitely serving SOME time though, only question is..how much?
