You're welcome. I also wanted to thank you for sharing with me things that I know are very private and special to you. I was honored that you felt like you could share with me. :D

You're very welcome, Ms. Bookie. I'm looking forward to getting the goods. ;)

You guys are absolutely amazing, but short of winning the lotto, I can't go.

I have $17 to my name until Friday. It wasn't until I moved back in with my parents that the reality of my financial situation truly hit me.

I truly appreciate all that you guys are trying to do to get me there, but I just can't...you can call me on the phone and you can skype me. I know, it's not the same, but I can't do anything more than that right now.

    I LOVE Chi-town!
I would live there if it wasnt for their winters. October is right before their crap-weather arriving like clock works:). Lets make it happen:)
Ill keep you posted on my trip. I do keep your loved ones in my thoughts and prayers GG!

FG, the last time that I was there was in October. When my friends and I pulled up to the hotel, we saw people with big, heavy winter coats on. I looked at my girlfriends and told them that I knew I didn't bring anything heavy enough to wear, and they didn't either. I also couldn't get over how strong the wind was. It was like no wind that I had ever felt before. :) Definitely keep me posted on when you will be there. It would be great to get something worked out.

Thanks for the love, FG and Bookie. Dad is supposed to get his port in to do chemo next week, but right now his blood is too thin. The doctors are talking about giving him plasma to help balance it out. Apparently, the tumor is pressing on his heart, and if they try to do surgery to the lung, it will tear the pericardial lining of the heart so they are trying to shrink it with chemo. He has a rare type of lung cancer, and the chances of it shrinking with chemo is 1 in 3. The hope is that we can do chemo for 3 to 4 1/2 months, and then surgery to remove the remaining mass. We are all staying positive. My father has beaten the medical odds before, and we know that he can do it again. Thanks again for all of your concern and well wishes. It means a lot to me. :D
