thats is another thang we need to cover like are you black enough questions ? are you truly a black man. you know are you black enough ?
LOL. You know when people say he is not black enough ? Like when the president was starting his run for the office they ( black folks) at least a lot of them stated he is not black enough for us because he is half white and he dont act black. when they saw his wife they were like well she is dark enough but he does nt act black enough
What do they want her to do and say to prove her Blackness? If you act too black you wont get very far in the corporate world.
LOL. yeah but what is acting too black or acting too white. Like it was stated earlier when people say you dont act black what they are really saying you can actually string a sentence together and be logical. they are also saying you sound educated and not like a thug from the projects. then you have black folks saying the president when he first started his campaign that he was not black enough
Low-class negroes parsing what is or isn't black is a non-starter unless you're a rapper, Tyler Perry, or a gym shoe manufacturer. These peeps aren't signing my checks so who gives a fuck what they think.
From my experience, the majority of African Americans use slang (Possibly an African American accent?) which, sounds completely different from White Americans who do not have southern accents. When an African American sound like a White American and White Americans sound like African Americans, it seems many Americans become agitated. slim sound stupid. everyone else sounds human. I guess we have project talk and the have the valley talk
I've heard plenty of African American males and females offer the same grammar skills as Eminem. Bear in mind I never offered the links to hear how one feels in terms of the celebrity’s speech pattern. I would imagine the entertainers are old enough to know how they come across in society. I am merely showing you how the reversal of linguistics is evident from a non-American observation in terms of verbal communication amongst Black & White Americans. Sometimes it takes a stranger to look at things from a non-bias perspective that many locals have difficulty answering without getting overly emotional during the process. Cheers!
oh yes i understand now. but yes it is hard to be unbias and give an honest assessment about things . on any issue. look at the health care issue and how these people are acting
I would imagine some don't fancy change despite voting for a candidate that stated change is in order. Cheers!
