so of course its like any other recipe, you can doctor it however you'd prefer. i should probably put this in a different thread but this will be quick.

brown some ground beef, throw your chili mix in. hit it up with some kidney beans, corn, green peppers, etc. drop it in a baking dish. (i normally rock with an ol skool cast iron skillet) top layer the meat mix with cheese. (i normally use sharp cheddar) pour some whipped corn muffin mix on top and bake til the muffin top (lol) is done.

Funny enuff yes, it was a huge desk with roll away drawers - with a great price tag.
Given, I have to put it together myself so my hands are raw from all the screwing (HAHAHAHAHA).. and I had to walk away when I tried to assebmle to filing cabinet, before I lost it.. argghhh...

I have an electrical drill w attachments to do this job, but its a cheap-ass drill and it strips the shieeet out of the screws.
I need to go get me a decent one.

Regarding cooking - both my man and I cook but very differently. He makes these heavenly dishes with heaps of curry, chicken, rice, etc. Awesomely spicy and tasty. I make things like salmon with lemon and garlic, asparagus with cream sauce and slivered almonds. We do have different styles but both are very good in my opinion.
