how many reputation recieved total points or total post approximately do you need to reach a rep power 3.....I have seen some attractive new women members just race right past me in rank !

haha, I am knowledgeable on many subjects, dear, but when it comes to numbers and math my brain does a "durrrrr" move.

I'm not sure about the post count...I don't think post count really has any impact on it, but I know that time does. The longer someone is a member, the higher rep power they have.

If it shows you how little I know about rep, I didn't even realize mine was up to 5 until I looked into it regarding your question. lol All I know is that it's a great way for me to communicate just how awesome/horrible I feel someone's post is, when I actually remember to do it.

 

oh, and I want to thank ibuprofen for making my headache tolerable enough that I should be able to go to class today...I was getting worried!

Nah, post count will up your rep power. I have a rep power of 7 now, even though I've only been on the site since Jan '08. Maybe because I have a gazillion posts?

Man, I'm pathetic. I need to stop visiting this site so much. Yeah, like that's really going to happen. LOL.

Anyway, I'm not sure exactly how many posts you need before your rep power goes up, but the amount of posts will up your power points.

power...just start co-signing a bunch of posts and you will be a senior member before you know it:smt036 lmfao...you get an additional rep power point for every 500 posts...at 500 posts you become a senior member...
