You know our society is F%ucked up when a couple who could pass as brother & sister are considered interracial.

 

I'm feeling a bit for the sistas, getting no love from the most high profile brothas out there.

But athletes are like in a different category when it comes to swirling.

I wouldn'be surprised in 30 percent of Black pro football players had white shorties.

 

Interracial relationships are a minority. Either way it is what it is and its up to people to step their game up and become eligible.

I'm not hating, but for Black athletes, especially football players, it seems to be the rule more than the exception to have significant others who aren't Black.

I mean, sistas in Hollywood are behind Asian, hispanic, and Middle Eastern women too from the looks of things:neutral:.

Yeah that must be tough, but then again, this a just a minority for Hollywood and a even bigger minority for black men in general, so those who are logical don't see this as a insult.

Very true. My point is, people with ill intentions were the ones who originally split us up into racial categories. So in today's society, we still honor those categories, even when theyre not even visuallly or culturally apparent.

That is why I think the IR label is so outdated and needs to go - I mean - especially today - people move across the globe and cultural and racial borders are becomming fuzzier...
Within each cultural "niche" we have people of all sorts of colors so I get a bit bent when people talk about difficulties in IR relationships, like there would automatically be difficulties cuz u are of different colors.. we should get "swirl" in the Websters
