What's your workout routine? Do you go to the gym, have a home gym, no gym? Cardio, weights, both?

I'm too broke right now to go to the gym or to any classes, so at the moment I've just started going jogging. I go four times a week for half an hour (not that impressive, right? haha) I do crunches as well but what I need to start is arm exercises. They've always been my worst area and once I get some little weights, I'll be bugging you guys for advise about what I need to do to tone my arms up.

When money isn't a problem, I go to exercise classes. I go to dance classes a couple of times a week (street and latin).

Ehh, I should probably be fatter than I am as I never really do anything.
I've started jogging, although I've only been a couple times, I have a cross trainer but it's more like a handbag rack. Sad. I do crunches, lunges and squats though. I actually stick to them. The only thing I do on a long term basis is walk. I'm going to start exercising more so I don't get bigger though. I'd like my belly to be tighter too.

thanks :) but i think, the physical activity gives a lot more than just shaping a body. I mean, it also gives you joy, good mood and the strong will (because it usually requires making an effort oversteping your laziness). so everybody should do it, even though the goals might be different , you know..

Well, when I'm actually working out (which sadly, it's been awhile), I'll go to the gym and do cardio and weight training. And yes, I leave a day between weight training - because I tend to work out everything. I figure, I may as well do it all if I'm here! :smt043

Then I reward myself with going into the sauna. :D I miss the sauna....must.get.back.to.the.gym.

i really like to work out! i try to everyday, i used to be really strict about it but find that i enjoy it more if i'm not forcing myself :)
i have some equipment at my house and my dad has a nice bench and every piece weight lifting equipment imaginable so i try to sneak out to his house every so often to work out there too. i don't have a set schedule anymore; lately ive just been doing what i want to
    hehe I’m such a slacker
my biggest problem is that I work out constantly but don’t get the results I want
it really gets to me sometimes that I do so much work and still have thunder thighs :(
I was just built ‘solid’ I guess, but from time to time I wish I could trade in strength and curves for a more petit body
Do any of you ladies have the same problem?

I struggled with no changes in my body until I stopped cardio and started lifting weights until hitting muscle failure. I used to do cardio five-six days a week for 40 minutes and then work upper or lower body four days per week. I never lifted past muscle fatigue and my muscles never got any bigger.

I think it's been just over a month since I stopped doing cardio and started working my whole body three days per week and I can already tell a difference. I've not gained any weight from it (so far. That's the main reason I was scared to stop cardio.) but my muscles are harder--especially my calves and triceps. Of course, my abs and biceps are the most stubborn.

Swimming is the best exercise. I've never been a very good swimmer, so I'm afraid to do lane swimming at the gym.

I wish I had your kind of time to workout so much! Kudos to you. :smt023

nope no make up, u expect to get hot and sweaty at the gym and makeup sliding off your face aint an attractive look, lol

we have a few that go to the gym in their make up here and do nothing but walk very slowly on the treadmil, seriously whats the point in shelling out the money if ur not gonna put any effort in
