The reason is that I believe Russians allow Americans to live in their country for only three months as tourists, then you must leave before they allow you to re-enter, which is difficult compared to Australians, who allow Americans to live in their country for a full year before you must leave.

From what I heard, Philko or Philochko is marrying a Russian teenage girl who is 15 years his junior; he's waiting for her to finish high school so they may come to America or live in a third country. Nowadays, because of the war, he mostly remains in either Turkey or Malaysia. That brother, oh brother, he's the envy of so many black men who are drawn to the WW.
