Well, he is the same man who looked directly at a solar eclipse, so this is par for the course for him.

It's not any car, it's called the Beast and it's hermetically sealed with its own independant air system.
His S.S driver is wearing the correct protective mask, given to him by medical professionals.
S.S are with the President 24/7, be ir car, room, boat, plane or on foot.

He should keep his butt in isolation like everyone else and not put other people at risk.

That would take empathy and compassion for other people, neither of which Trump has.

How do you think he got to Walter Reed? He didn't walk.
Who do you think is in his rooms with him, guarding him? The same people.

It's also funny to hear you talk about risks when this is what the S.S sign up for.
Anytime a President steps foot outside, for any reason, he "puts their lives at risk".

They take an oath, to sacrifice their life to protect his. It's a voluntary position, sought after and coveted. There's a waiting list.

Besides, they are also mostly young, virle, fit and healthy, covid will pass right through them if they haven't had it already.

Agreed. It's one thing to go out when necessary, but this is yet another example of (they're so many) his childish, self-serving need for adulation. Gross waste of resources. I get that its the job of the USSS to escort/protect the POTUS, but this stunt was totally ridiculous.

Apparently, the USSS aren't too happy about it either.

Yes, it's true that they signed up to "take a bullet" for the president, but their families didn't. I have read more than a few stories about the loved ones of frontline workers and first responders dying because the virus hitched a ride home.

Well that's true, however there is protocol for frontline workers that they can follow going home.
Doctors who treat covid patients have wives and little kids and put them at risk when they go home, right?
Same thing. But no one tells them not to do their job.

Yeah, of course, they should still do their jobs but it would probably be really appreciated by the workers and their families if the people they are paid to take care of didn't put them at unnecessary risk.

Thank goodness we have the freaks in Hollywood to remind us...the ordinary Americans. How nice/kind/generous of them with absolutely no hidden motive or agenda.

Exactly how many people have tested positive in and around the White House so far? Yeah exactly, so keep on taking infectious disease control guidelines from those people.

Disrespecting your quarantine order is fined up to CHF 10.000 here. You don’t go anywhere except to the doc.

A society run by competent individuals with triple digit IQs who knew that would work lol.

I'm still not understanding your concern over the risk part. Again, these agents assigned directly to the President are already exposed to him. If he had Ebola, they still would guard him.
    This situation is no different.

In fact, the SS in the car? They volunteered to drive. So why are you worried?
    They were certainly well protected.

IDK, 6-7? Out of hundreds. What's your point?

You keep on about him "risking others", why then do local Goverments transport covid patients to hotels to quarantine? All that the staff at hotels wear are masks.
Hotels all over my city advertise "covid patients welcomed". Really?

You know too, if you're diagnosed with Covid, unless you're dying or can't breathe or have a high fever, hospitals won't even admit you and they send you home to self-isolate. And that's with other symptoms.

Also, many companies, If you're asymptomatic or exibiting mild symptoms, have now abandoned the 14 day quarantine and allow you to return to work if you've had no fever for 12-24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medications.

The CDC state the same fever protocol, (along with now 10 days of isolation).

I think you're deliberately overreacting about his 5 minute drive outside the hospital.

Well l guess your homeland Germans didn't get the message, then...

Thousands of protesters took to the streets of Berlin chanting,
    "We are free people"
as they complained about Germany's social distancing measures.

    Also..
In your adopted country ..they aren't listening either..
