Hate when women go out with bare toes and no color, pet peeve of mine. Especially in formal situations. I always made sure my woman's toes were done if she was wearing open toed shoes of any kind

 

What the hell is her dress made out of?

 

I myself like this look. Not a foot fan, but bare and natural is a good look.

 

Diff'rent strokes brother. I like the mani & pedi to match

 

I do too. But because of what I do, my fingernails are clear and my toes are red. If I go out then I'll do red on the fingernails.

In her case though....who knows - maybe her husband has a thing for clear toes. Men out there have all different preferences for such things. Even foot guys can be very different in what they like. But it doesn't mean she hasn't had a pedicure because it's not the color you want.
