Just saw la la land Rosemarie Dewitt plays Ryan goslings brother in the movie and she gets married to a black man apparently Michael b Jordan was supposed to be the lead I think him and Emma stone would've been great together
That had been mentioned before about the film. Check out Richard Pryor: Omit The Logic. A couple of Pryor's ex-wives are in it.Kate Hudson will star as Richard Pryor's white wife Jennifer.
Mike Epps will play Richard Pryor.
It also includes Eddie Murphy, and Tracy Morgan in "Richard Pryor: Is it something I said?"
Kate has had a relationship with A Rod and Lenny Kravitz...

There is a story from the Sunday New York Times entitled Erased Onscreen:Where Are All The Interracial Couples? http://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/03/movies/interracial-couples-onscreen-loving-get-out.html?_r=0
Loved the piece.

I had to chuckle at the premise of the article because there's plenty of black folks who think there's too many IR couples in TV/Film.Interesting article
Gunpowder & Sky Distribution has set Rob Meyer’s “Little Boxes” for a theatrical and on demand release for April 14th. Written by Annie J. Howell, “Little Boxes” stars Melanie Lynskey (“Togetherness”), Nelsan Ellis (“Get on Up”), Armani Jackson (“The Last Witch Hunter”), Oona Laurence (Broadway’s “Matilda”), and Janeane Garofalo.
Story: It’s the summer before 6th grade, and Clark (Jackson) is the new biracial kid in a very white town. Discovering that to be cool he needs to act “more black,” he fumbles to meet expectations. Meanwhile, his urban intellectual parents Mack (Ellis) and Gina (Lynskey) try to adjust to small-town living. Accustomed to life in New York, the tight-knit family is ill-prepared for the drastically different set of obstacles that their new community presents. They soon find themselves struggling to understand themselves and each other in this new context.
“’Little Boxes’ is as heartwarming as it is timely,” said Gunpowder & Sky Distribution’s Jake Hanly. “Rob unpacked a very complex issue in a way any audience can understand and relate to.”
Director Rob Meyer added, “It’s a thrill and an honor to team up with Gunpowder & Sky Distribution for the theatrical and VOD release. They distribute the kind of movies that I want to watch.” Producer Jared Ian Goldman added, “The Gunpowder & Sky team love the heart, humor and commentary of ‘Little Boxes’ as much as those of us who made it. They understand the timeliness and nuance to the mix-ups, misunderstandings, and stereotyping that the story utilizes so successfully.”
The film premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival, where it received a warm reception from critics.
“Little Boxes” was produced by Ken H. Keller, Caron Rudner, Jordan Horowitz, and Jared Ian Goldman, the latter of which also produced Jeff Nichols’ “Loving.” The film was executive produced by Cary Joji Fukunaga, Wyatt Gatling, Marc H. Simon, Gary Gilbert, and Rose Troche.
The deal with Gunpowder & Sky Distribution was negotiated by UTA on behalf of the filmmakers.
A first trailer for “Little Boxes” premiered this evening and is embedded below:

It looks like that "Happy People" movie was renamed "Live Cargo". It debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival back in April, but it still hasn't got a limited theatrical release date or Trailer yet. Here is an interview with the 2 leads from the Tribeca Film Festival:

A trailer finally dropped for "Live Cargo" a few days ago:
I saw a film on Netflix called Brazilian Western. It is a story set in the 80's. It's not a western, per se, but like a western, there are themes of redemption and revenge. It was like City Of God meets Kill Bill with an interracial couple as the main characters.
