Being that it's on Disney XD it will continue to be more oriented to kids & teens.

The premise of this new Spider-Man show is to play off the now MCU connected Spider-Man : Homecoming, same way that the animated Avengers & Guardians of the Galaxy shows play off the MCU versions of those characters.

I know Disney XD is a kid station but Star Wars Rebels is watchable by all ages, so hopefully Spider-Man can go that route.

Star Wars Rebels has to be all ages due to the fact that it's officially in canon content for the greater Star Wars Universe. The Marvel animated hero shows don't have to be. They can tell stories based off the MCU versions that don't have an impact on the MCU as a whole.

SMH. A lot of folks who are excited for "Ultimate Spider-Man" being thrown in the bushes for a new "Spider-Man" animated series are about to be disappointed AGAIN if this is the case.

That's been Disney's M.O. with Marvel property based shows since they acquired Marvel.

It started back when Disney XD created Avengers :Earth's Mightiest prior to the Marvel Comics buy. That show was a decent nod to the classic take & history on the Avengers from the comics with a few updated twists. As soon as Disney acquired Marvel Comics & Marvel Studios, that show got the axe in favor of Avengers : Assemble series which played off the MCU version of the Avengers. Ultimate Spider-Man was Disney XD's take on Spider-Man in the same Avengers :Assemble/MCU version universe. Now that Marvel is teaming with Sony to do an actual Spider-Man in the MCU, Ultimate Spider-Man series goes out the window in favor of this new Spider-Man series that plays off the new movie version.

They are probably going to make Daredevil the leader, although I don't really see Luke Cage and Jessica Jones taking orders.

This picture got me wondering if there is going to be a tug-of-war for Luke Cages affection

An upcoming Marvel comic starring Black Panther, Storm, Luke Cage, Misty Knight, and Manifold (?)

It sounds cool, but I do have one slight issue with the fact that it is set in Harlem. Black Panther and Storm are big time characters who deal with planetary size issues, having them on street level doesn't seem consistent. It might just be my imagination but it seems to me whenever Marvel or DC has a comic series with a largely black cast, they always make them "street" heroes.

Is this going to be an actual comic or is this someone's wishful thinking? Because this very incarnation of "The Crew" just appeared for an issue in one of the recent Black Panther story arcs. Plus T'Challa is already a part of The New Ultimates, a mostly black/brown and female team alongside Monica Rambeau (Spectrum), The Blue Marvel (Adam Brashear), Ms. America (America Chavez) & Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) dealing with cosmic level threats and problems.

If it is an actual comic, then hopefully it's only a mini-series. That would also make it three on-going series for both Black Panther & Luke Cage with T'Challa having his own solo series, The New Ultimates and this, and Cage his team-up book with Iron Fist as well the recently announced Defenders series to reflect the Netflix/MCU version. Don't want these characters to get over exposed like Wolverine was & how Deadpool is currently, leading up to fan burn out and eventual killing off of the characters or being put into some kind of publishing limbo.
