I have to disagree, the best way for the progressive movement to go forward is for lazy ass Americans to actually vote in other elections. The president is not a monarch they need congress to get shit done. I lived through a Republican presidency with a republican congress it was fucking awful and we still feel the effects now. I don't want to introduce that kind of bs again. True progressives will vote for Clinton AND vote progressives into congress. I don't believe in this things have to get worst in order for it to get better garbage. It takes such little effort such a huge change. Everyone needs to stop being so unbelievably lazy.

While progressives will vote for Clinton, it has nothing to do with progressiveness. I think we all know she is not progressive. We are just afraid of trump turning the country into worse than she would. When given the chance, most of us here voted for someone more progressive than her.

 

Yeah but of the two options she is progressive and we need to stop just focusing on the presidential elections. That is our biggest problem right now
