to evaluate market value a person may have to take into consideration the following factors...

ratio of men to women
racial preference
number of singles in age group
open to dating in an age range
location location location

a person's market value may go up or down by the size of a city and/or how sophisticated the population

quite a few variables to take into consideration

this is what i know about myself...when i am interested in someone at that time i think he is wonderful, gorgeous,talented, smart, amazing man...he would have to be to peak my interest...if i am not dating him anymore then he is just a guy i used to date or used to talk to...

i am average with a good self image...i like myself and i don't put myself down...i am curious and open to meeting people...meeting people comes easy to me...some people may call that luck...i consider it a skill

as far as the OP...lippy has seen his pictures...i have a personal favorite...he is more than a pretty face...probably the only man i have ever known that has me constantly looking up words in a dictionary trying to figure out the gist of his message

i am not at all surprised or shocked that saty presented this question or thread...it is thought provoking...it forces a person to look at themselves...

i already see posters judging others answers...so they took the bait that was presented in the first post...they obviously feel superior to others and need to elevate themselves by putting others down...

the question was not...what do you think the market value is of _______(poster)...the question was..."what is your market value"

I also think market value is hard to define. The subject of value has no say in the matter in this case. It would depend more on the buyers in the dating market if such market exists, and how often these buyer suitors come forward.

If at anytime you are dating someone, it is what you are worth at that point in time. There can be that argument that you got a good bargain, yet it will still be a matter of perception. Everyone prays to be lucky in love though.

It is hard to put a price on human life, and just as hard to evaluate value on the subjective criteria of center spread magazine editors like Maxim or Cosmo.

But as for me, I get good bargains most of the time. I don't think i am a bad bargain anyway
