'Freddie's dead....that's what I said....It's hard to understand...there was love in this man...a terrible blow but that's how it goes"- Freddie's Dead-Curtis Mayfield.

I loved watching Mayfield play the song "Superfly" with his band in the movie of the same name. I think Ron O'Neal ended up getting typecast after Superfly but he was a much better actor than people realized. R.I.P.- Ron O'Neal & Curtis Mayfield.

Let's not forget Moses Gunn either (the rich guy that needs Richard Roundtree to find his daughter in the original "Shaft")

Whatever happened to Rudy Ray Moore aka Dolemite?

Great song. I mean GREAT SONG!

I've seen Rudy Ray Moore twice in the last 10 years. Once was in an episode of the sitcom 'Martin' called "All The Players Came". In that episode Rudy Ray Moore, Antonio Farkus (let's not forget about him either) and Jerome (Romy Rome) participated in a players ball to see who was player of the year. Hilarious episode. The other time was on a dvd of Def Comedy Jam. This particular dvd showed a collection of routines by several comedians that were so raunchy, even Def Comedy Jam wouldn't air them when the program was running.

I used to have dolemite movies..

the acting was terrible, the dialogue was corny, but the movies were still funny

don't forget dolemite's healthy appetitie for white girl booty

he used to lay the pipe to em so good, they'd give up secrets

    :)

LOL...maghali sounds like a female name to me. I got a few female cousins named just that...usually they go by maggi or mag.......

so my guess is life must have been rough for a young boy named maggy

    Hey Blackmaster Jay ,

many people tell me the same , but my name is african from the East of the DR Congo in swahili/Nande it is " maghali " do not confused it
    with "magalie"

" Magalie " is a french name for females

My name is pronounced differently too. My name sound like " Mahali " the 'g' should be ignored :D :D :D

I simply love the tiger for it's aggressiveness and stark beauty. My lover says it's fitting for me because I'm very tall and slender. She says i walk gracefully like a cat. My mascot that I keep on top this very computer that i'm communicating to you is a stuff tiger. I can identify with my hero Tiger Woods.

if ur name was Weapon X, that would be a given...

    weapon 345...

i dont know where that is from...

i'm an avid gamer myself.. I started with my uncle's atari 2600, then his sega master system...

Then i got myself an NES, super NES/Genesis, playstation, dreamcast, xbox360, ps3..

I know i'm changing the subject a bit, but I never decided on a certain system, during "console wars." I always said fuk it, and bought them all

    lol

back to ur name, if u could give me the platform it was for, maybe I would be able to isolate the games I know of, on that specific console, and give a guess.

no meaning, its just phonetic. i am a part of a lot of message boards so it gets hard coming up with memorable and unique screen names.

I took the WEAPON part from the WEAPONs of Final Fantasy. The 345 is from my old job...

shit i love me some final fantasy, although i started getting into that after the first playstation came out..

I remember when FF7 first came out, and how bananas all of the RPG guys were going over it's incredible storyline, then state-of-the-art graphics, and characters with Big Ass Swords that would make Shinobi poop a brick.

Think they're doing remakes of the old joints, for the new consoles, with better graphics... I'll probably snatch them up. If your name was "Cloud Buster Sword" or "Gun Blade," I would have recognized them.

damn.. I'm having some real old flashbacks now.. Sephiroth used to be Da Man..way before the bad boy Dante showed up, in Devil May Cry.
