I meet with a personal train three times a week, use the treadmill for 30 minutes before training(free weights, muscle confusion). Once the car traffic slows down a bit, I go out on a 12 mile bike ride everyday. On the days I don't meet with me trainer, I'm doing Russian kettlebells for 1/2 an hour, suna 20 minutes, treadmill for an 1 hour, and back on the bike again for 1 1/2 hours. I've lost 46 pounds in less than 6 weeks, and I feel good.
Thanks Loli And Flyingeek for those kind words, I have 8 pounds to lose then I can do some singletrack riding real soon.
