The sad thing is that cops have been getting away with outlandish explanations for years. This is why I think that cops should wear cameras on their person, and the cop cars should have full view, or rotating mounted cameras inside and out.

I hope that mans mother finds the truth.

 

As someone who has personal experience I am calling bullshit on this.

First of all It is standard protocol to pat someone down when detaining them. So even if this kid did shoot himself the cops are definitely fuck ups/at fault. They definitely lied about searching him if this is a case. Hiding a gun or anything when subjected to a full body pay down is pretty hard......Also if he truly was smuggling a handgun in his Anus there is no way he would be able to retrieve it handcuffed.

Second of all It is downright difficult/impossible while handcuffed to self inflict a gunshot wound to the head much less aim, and hold a gun while handcuffsed.

Third of all he is being busted for Marijuana, and a warrant...(Unless theres a warrant for arrest for doing something that can place him in for 20 years or more I dont see why he shot himself.)

Fourthly Cops actually pay attention to people in the back of their police cars so it would be downright hard, and impossible to carry something like that out without police stopping him..........


So either the cops are lying, and shot him..........Or these cops are very very very very incompetent.

the police searched him twice and didn't find shit

if they wont be involved with foul play/killing him, they at least should be in trouble for not finding the supposed weapon. they failed on all sorts of levels as cops, which resulted in the death of someone in custody. take away their badges.

 

You'll never see that happen. It seems that its nearly impossible to do. A slap on the wrist will likely be the worst that will happen to the officers.

they should be coming up on negligence charges or something

if the guy was strapped while handcuffed, the officers would have put the lives of everyone around him in danger
