here is an article that talks about meeting women. I have heard guys on this site talk about the same bullshit on why this or that. the article addresses it pretty well.

 

Article doesn't help much, it's just your standard "how to get girls" stuff that's been said thousands of times.


Finding single women isn't the problem. The problem is finding single women who have a brains and aren't looking for a thug or bad boy.

If there's an article for that then let me know.

 

In fairness, it's said a lot because there are still people not listening and waiting for the perfect woman/man to suddenly appear.

The article is ok and reinforces the basics(which are pretty much; step outside and try). It's sad, but a lot of us(both men and women) need this point hammered home.

 

Why is there a white man on your avatar (Bowie I'm assuming), and are you a man or a woman? From your post content, your avatar, etc., it's almost impossible to tell.

3. He's in a interracial marriage. There was a ton of girls he could've picked from and he choose a black girl based on her personality rather than race.

I like the article because it just reinforces the fact that one should go ahead and take a chance. so what you get shot down. just look at maybe she has a BF, she has other issues in life.

the only thing you can do is re-evaluate how you approached her and fix it.

Like today. I saw this fine ass hell sistah. I mean she was just outright bad. she was on the level of megan goode bad. we were at kinkos ( I wasnt looking my best). I struck up a convo. we carried on for a minute ...she was from out of town and would be here for the week. she has a masters degree and is an instructor at an university in S.C.

I asked her out she shot me down saying she a had a man. I exited with saying Im sorry to make you uncomfortable. she smiled and stated " Oh no. it was nice talking to you"

Now she could have been blowing smoke or could have been telling the truth.

the only thing I stated to myself was the following:
I said the right things but my delivery was not up to par
also I wasnt dressed the way I felt up to par BUT my confidence ready and so on and so forth. I will go out and do it again.

no sweat. It talks major balls to step to a woman at a store or whereever. dont worry about getting shot down. its part of life. You will have success but to get to success you have to have stumbles but no failures..there is a difference.

I like that. I think the article was just talking about going up to meet a woman. I especially like the first two points you made. If you go back and read ^ what I wrote about my attempt on this one chick today....You and I agree on your points. I reexamined what I did and will brush and taper. I doesnt bother me getting shot down because to me its just part of the game. Its a numbers game also. besides the point of the article to me was that guys take rejection too personal and give up. when they should like you and I stated ...check yourself, redo yourself and try again. some bro's think they know everything and dont get schooled. it is nothing wrong with getting schooled. Why wouldn't someone pick a partner based on personality??? That makes total sense to me. I forgot about Iman for second but I've never had the opportunity to hear a lot of Bowie's music.
