You can’t rent a one-bedroom apartment anywhere in America on a minimum-wage job

    Some of this will be retirement. The very new thing though is going to be aimed at the young professionals and young families. This generation isn't wanting to buy. The tech folks need to be able to roll in 2-4 years when they are bouncing to the newest/latest/greatest, etc.

    Also on the elderly housing, pay attention to those who are doing CCRC's.

    I wouldn't mind leaving the city provided I had the technological infrastructure in place and could find an isolated beach somewhere.
