Yoga pants, let the truth be told?

Ladies, I got a few questions:
1. Do you own a pair? Is so do you own a designer brand or cheap knock offs.
2. Do you wear them other than for working out?
3.Are there rules to wearing panties or going commando with yoga pants? If so what are yours and do you wear panties? always, mostly, sometimes, rarely, never
4.Why do so many girls/women wear them?
5. Is wearing yoga pants as fashion dress a fad or here to stay

Guys: What do you like or do not like about women wearing yoga pants

 

1. I own multiple pairs. Mainly camo style imported from over there coz our fashion is shit here lol.
2. Yes. It's the weekend. I'm going shopping and they're comfy and easy to throw on.
3. Thong tha thong thong thong (sang like Sisqo)
4. They're just comfy to wear in my own opinion
5. For me i don't really follow any fashion trends or fads so even if no one else is doing it i still plan to lol.

Back in the mid-80's, there weren't any yoga pants. Just leotards and tights. Then came a material called spandex. And it looked good on everything it was used on like people and even bicycle seats. I remember buying a bicycle at Wal-Mart years ago. The salesman working in sporting goods told me and my mother about the bike I was interested in. He said that the seat was covered in spandex.
"What's spandex?" My mother asked.
I replied, " It's stuff that looks good on girls."
The salesman smiled, nodded and said, "Amen."


I think back to the film The Nutty Professor(Eddie Murphy's version) when his Buddy Love personal goes to the store and buys a load of spandex workout clothes while yelling, "Spandex!"

Yoga pants are not going anywhere.

Yes I do,it's not any specific brand

Yes when I am at home and want to be comfortable. They are way more elastic than jeans and hence more comfy.

No clue if there are rules for this.I am not one of those super girly girls who discusses make up and fashion trends with other women. Personallly I wear a thong or string under my yoga pants. The negative thing about yoga pants is that due to their tightness they show the lines of your undies. Therefore I wouldn't want to wear boy shorts underneath them.

4.Why do so many girls/women wear them?
No clue since I haven't asked them,but I assume it's because they are comfy yet shape hugging. Practical for workouts.

5. Is wearing yoga pants as fashion dress a fad or here to stay
I'd say they will probably stay around for a good while due to the comfort they offer.
