I've never seen LiLo w/o make-up. There's a lot of women that wouldn't look 'as good' w/o make-up. You can't point the finger at one person.

I doubt some make-up could make a gool-ish creature pretty. Make-up can only do so much. Bad features are bad features, no matter how you 'color' it. She has good bone structure and a nice body.

 

If we were all multi-multi millionaires living in Hollywood...and we went to the same spots as LiLo and saw her walking around...most of us probably WOULD NOT try and talk to her.
