She appears to be latina but all people can see is a prison, a black man and a half-black baby.

That's all it takes to offend people.

 

I don't think that she was in prison. Perhaps doing community service. Working on the roads picking up trash. We don't know what she had done but she did her time and her daughter and man were waiting for her. She looked like a white Latina. All in all, if the woman was white, her child and man white, it probably won't be shown.
