    LOL, this is so true, look at Mexico's drug cartels.

    These dudes are chopping off heads and employing sicarios in their drug battles. Kidnapping and killing anyone that they feel like.

    In the favelas of Rio you will see dudes patrolling their drug turfs with AK-47's

    How brazen are these dudes, they will go up to the local police and say

    Plato O Plomo - Silver or Lead

    In other words if you are a low budget Mexican policeman you either take the silver (bribe) or take a bullet (lead)
