Actually, you're referring to this doctor who is a Male-to-Female post op transsexual. She's in the United States. I'm searching for her name, but I've seen her on multiple documentaries and she's considered the leading figure in m2f gender reassignment surgery.

 

Is that a pre-op. picture? She looks a LOT more manly in that photo, along with the other two?

 

You'd be surprised what hormone therapy does to a 14 year old in six years.
It literally changes their bone structure, and having 'full lips' isn't just a woman thing. If you had big lips as a boy, you'll have them as a woman.

Massive surgeries generally are for people who lack any feminine qualities in their physical structure at all, or transitioned later in life.

no i wasn't joking...these he/she look female to me in the face...if it had not been presented that this was a he/she i would not have known...especially since the pictures are so clear...i find that people trying to hide the masculine parts have a tendency to show very blurry or smokey effects in their pictures...many he/she do not like to show their toes/feet

That's the thing about tgirls, even the most passable ones.

When you don't know, your mind doesn't usually go there. But once you know they're trans, I've noticed that my eyes involuntarily find those points on her body that are slightly 'off'.

It's weird to say, but a woman's head in so many subtle ways is different from a man's.
Usually when you check a transgendered woman's profile is when you see some minor difference sometimes in the shape of her jawbone.

When you put a passable tranchick in a pic with genetic females, it's less noticeable, but when you see a pic with three trans-chicks together, it's easier to spot.

I will say that she carries herself with class. Dresses conservative, classy, not like an outrageous obvious transsexual.
