Absolutely and for most chicks all it takes is cardio for an hour three times a week to maintain

Depends on what 'shape' you want to be in. Most forms of cardio keep you toned but not defined, at least that's the case with me. That's why I do cardio 5 days a week in the morning and weights in the evening. It's also best to keep cardio to between 25 and 45 minutes to reap the most benefit. But ultimately if you eat crap all the time, an hour of cardio 3 times a week is not likely to balance that out.

 

I know a woman that cardio does wonders for.

You need more confidence. It ain't always about looks. Dress good, keep a good hygiene and smell good. Brushen up your conversational, debate and flirtation skills and your good to go. Don't be impatient. Having good game with women is body language and timing with a little bit of luck. This is all stuff you learn with experience. I suggest you start with your appearance first. Then speak or flirt more with women you aren't even attracted to. This builds up your guts over time then you can speak to more attractive women without stumbling over yourself. If you lack confidence and your appearance isn't good then a girl won't mess with you. You have to work harder than men who are already handsome. Sorry but that's how it is sometimes.
