I went into the dealer in Dallas today to speak with the fleet manager. After I stopped into the service area for some free lemonade. A little old man cornered me and was trying to be my sugar daddy. He didnt even beat around the bush. Told me he would buy me any car on the lot. I said I liked my car, so he said he would make my payments. I told him I could make my own payments. Then he told me he would buy me a condo. Lord.

I just told him all that came at too high a price. I am married and happy. To which he replied he could make me happier. He was a relentless little shit. He looked to be about 70 and a good 6 inches shorter than me. He had those heavy, thick old school rapper chains around his neck and he was dressed like a retired dentists from Miami.

I frequent this coffee shop by NYU when I have work to do. There's this guy who works there whom I had my eye for a very long time. He has made small talk with me when I'd go outside to have a quick smoke break. On paper he sounds perfect: he moved here from North Carolina, goes to so-and-so school, wants to major in this-and-that. I don't want to seem like a stalker or anything of that nature so I haven't really pursued it. Maybe he's gay? Maybe I'm not his type? It's been a month! Why hasn't he asked for my number? Okay, he may be gay it is the Village after all. I've seen him a total of 6-7 times.
