Women, where do you most prefer to be flirted with?

I often meet women at my gym because it's the only time I feel relaxed but it is hit or miss because some women don't like to be bothered there. The club scene isn't for me because I am at a disadvantage when people cant hear what I am saying.

Where do the women most feel like they want men to flirt with them?

If you're hot and interesting - anywhere. If you're ugly and corny - get the hell away.

The gym doesn't work for me. I go there to work out and I am usually sweating and not looking too fine. I can't get why a guy would want to hit on me while I smell bad :?

You got to catch me when I am not busy. I had a guy yesterday keep trying to chat me up while I was at a starbucks using their wireless. He kept at me for 3 hours. I mean, comeon. If I keep focused on my laptop and barely give you any feed back to the bs coming out of your mouth, it is time to move on.

I dont do co-ed gyms either.

Does it make any difference if you see him at the gym on a regular basis and get to know him gradually vs. his trying to introduce himself and swoop all in one session?

    Hey KSP,

A full court press at the gym can be a bit much if you know what I mean. A quick hi is good. Next time a hi with that knowing smile thrown in and if she is interested you should be good to go. Try to catch her before she starts working out or after she is done. If someone tries during my workout I just get bothered. That is my time and to me timing is everything.

I agree, if a guy flirted with me at the gym and I liked him, I'd probably be self-conscious because of sweating... and I wouldn't want him to see my difficult struggle with the benchpress machine lol. And if I didn't like the guy I'd be annoyed at the distraction.

But as I said - if I really like him it won't matter. He's still getting the digits. :D

    anywhere and everywhere.

however, the worst kind of flirting is when you're in a car.. or rather it's a love/hate kinda relationship. you see a good looking guy and 1- it gets a little more difficult to focus on the road, and 2- can't talk/exchange numbers/etc.. but i won't lie.. the feeling you get after a drive-by flirting is pretty good.

so 12 hours after i posted that.. i was sitting at a stoplight and this brother in a convertible pulls up and asks for my number..

so much for that not being able to talk/exchange numbers bit..

(though i didn't give it to him... :? i guess the point is that i could have.. )

you didn't give him your number? :? sucks for him... this is for that very same reason if there is no eye contact less then 6 seconds of looking at each other then forget about it! advice for the males out there ^_^

Well what I really think is it's hard enough to meet a great guy, are you really going to discriminate based on WHERE you met him? I have respect for those men who have the courage to approach a woman, period, because not all fellas do!

The world seems split into two groups, women who are willing to meet men anywhere and women who will only talk to men when everything is right. What's amusing is some women who don't talk to men at the gym might be lamenting the lack of date offers.

I like being flirted with almost any time. It makes me feel pretty. :)

Like this guy at the bus stop the other day when I was heading to school. I just sat down, and he was like:

    "Miss?"

    "yes?"

"I'm sorry to bother you, but I just have to say: You're gorgeous!"

And for the next ten minutes he told me how pretty I was. Suffice to say I had a lil extra swing in my hips during the rest of my mostly walking commute to school. *L* The guy was nowhere near my interpretation of "hot" and he seemed like he might be past my vague age limit, but he wasn't trying to get my number or anything. I guess he just felt compelled to tell me I was beautiful, and I was quite thankful for it.

My favorite time to be flirted with is when I'm wearing my scrubs, because I feel very ugly in them since they're so shapeless and blah. So when a guy decides to approach me while I'm dressed in such a way that doesn't make me feel very sexy, it makes my day. It's one thing to hit on the hot girl in the sexy dress...it's another to hit on the girl you think is hot wearing a pink SpongeBob scrub top and blue scrub pants on the bus. *L*The latter might just appreciate it more, cause she doesn't know she's hot dressed like that!

    :D

You know, I work at doctor's office on weekends and I have to wear scrubs. So I wear this purple pair with ribbons, and I feel pretty in it actually! I just wish I could wear sandals instead of sneakers...

Eh, scrubs aren't flattering to my body type at all.

I have a few pink ones (spongebob! hehe), and a whole purple outfit that sounds similar to yours, but meh. It's mostly how I -feel- in them, honestly. Which is the exact opposite of how I feel in my tight jeans. hah.

if you only knew how many times I've stared at women in hospital scrubs...

some of them wear scrubs that aren't too loose, and you can see their shape...

a woman who fills out her scrubs with her curves is something to marvel
