What's the sentence for six counts of making false reports? I'm so tired of these women getting off with a slap on the wrist. When are the courts going to set the tone that this behavior won't be tolerated? She didn't just "make false reports"...she had the power in her words to ruin those guys lives forever. To me, that warrants more than just a few "making false reports" charges. Thank goodness the incident was video taped. I wonder if that's why she finally told the truth? Couldn't agree with you more. I was thinking the same thing when I read it - 'making false reports'?? She straight out CRIMINALLY lied. They absolutely need to make an example out of her case by inflicting swift and heavy justice.

Most are sent through the mail. So I don't think she was even arrested.

This really mucks the waters for true rape victims.

There should be mandatory prison time for making false rape accusations.

Cops treat false rape accusations like you lied and said someone hit your car when actually scraped the paint job accidentally on your own.

IMO a false rape charge should be treated just as harshly as the crime of rape itself.

If not for the fact the sexual encounter was taped, I think it would be very difficult for those three accusers to convince law enforcement they had consensual sex with this bitch.

She should serve the same time in prison that a rapist must serve. Those men could have gone to prison and could have been raped whilst in prison. So, she should ultimately have the same fate as rapists. End of story
