Women Can Now List Being Too Attractive For Reason For Being Terminated On The Job

Look I'm not saying I agree with the firing but I understand his position. It creates a disruptive work environment and I know this is something women hate hearing but attractive women dressed in certain clothing is incredibly disruptive to men. Its truly an involuntary response which is why wearing certain things isn't considered professional. Honestly I don't know the details of the case so I can't speculate. i just don't know what his other options were if he told her to dress differently and she didn't.

 

He was like 20 Years older and she was married. You really should be living in the 50s. I can t believe you. If its women plight, you find any way to diminish it. Its not a competition, geezys, relax and be fair. You starting to sound ............?......

 

Dude what part of I don't agree with it don't you comprehend? And what does his age and her marital status have to do with anything? It's still distracting just like I can't wear pro Obama t-shirts to work because it might cause distraction. What would you have him do in a situation like that?
And I've had this critique of women in the work place for years.
Either wear clothes that don't accent your body or just have us work in completely segregated offices.
I went to a unisex high school and know for a fact my grades were way better because we didn't have girls there.
And let me say this to be 100% clear. I think women are just as capable as men are and shouldn't be discriminated against because of their gender but we can't ignore certain things because its uncomfortable.
I don't know if he handled it the best way but I don't know what his options were.

That's like the doctor firing a well-built black man because his wife is getting all comfy and cozy with him. He's not a monster. But he is an insecure jackass with little means of not thinking about fucking her. He's at fault and he should just stop acting like it's everyone, but him, like some people I know.

Yes, we all tend to get horny, but I'm sure that, with a rational mind of his, he's capable of controlling his impulses, realizing that he's married and subjected to societal norms of commitment, love, and lust and abide by that. And realizing that if he were to do that, it's his own damned fault for acting it out.

Can't blame the "attractive" woman for her genetic make-up. He can exercise control in this respect knowing his conscience is fully aware of the consequences.

The way she dressed coincides with her appearance and quite frankly, it still doesn't change the fact that the guy has insecurity problems and want to find fault in the (excellent) worker (for a good long time might I add), who never flirted with him, nor made any advances.

Again, his own fears and insecurity. Thus it's his fault.

P.S. It's not an insult when everybody else (rightfully) point out that critical flaw in your reasoning.

 

That woman worked for that guy for ten years. He is just a jerk and if he knew she was wearing that clothing he would had fired her on her first week of work but,he didn't.

I don't think that the problem was with the doctor. It was because the doctors wife was insecure.
