The only thing racially offensive that I read was that she was told not to change her surname so people wouldn't assume she was Black.

The rest of it was generic sexual harassment which is still grounds for a lawsuit.

I wish we had all the details that were the basis for her lawsuit. I suspect the worst comments weren't in the article.
