:?: Did anyone see "Wife Swap" last night on ABC ? I believe it was a REPEAT episode of an IR couple with the sloppy house! Their names were Aldolpho & Elisabeth. She wasn't bad looking at all but the brotha looked like a throwback from the 70's radical black hippie days :shock: until the end when they showed them finally getting married in a lovely ceremony! They looked very nice together. Just wondering if anybody saw it. :wink:
Yeah, I checked it out. The assessment about the brotha was dead on. I mean, where'd they find that guy, the summer of love? But they seemed happy as a couple, so good for them. I kinda liked the Italian woman who they swapped with. While waiting for the family to arrive, she kept worrying whether or not they'd accept her for being white. Until the kids arrived and showed her a pic of their mom, who was also a white woman. But otherwise, I really don't watch that show or most other reality joints.
Im afraid i did not see that. These days, i do not get head-over-heels when i see an IR couple on TV. Maybe because i've given up any hopes of them portrayed positively :lol:
:idea: Well in this episode as with others on WIFE SWAP, they showed faults with both couples as well as the love too. Especially with the marriage of the IR couple at the end. :!:
I've watched that show occasionally and each time there was an IR couple. I swear they seem to be in abundance on that show.
:arrow: I don't watch it that much either but last night they had a "pop-eyed" black woman with a temper on the show married to a white guy. :lol:
