I listened to a sports radio broadcaster yesterday who hit the nail on the head in that Lebron needs to run the point. He needs to score, be the primary ball handler, and create opportunities for dishing to Wade and Bosh.

Spoelstra is all but out of a job and Riles (reportedly) does not want to return to the sidelines, which raises another problem.
