    They said they want gentlemen, rather than ghetto guys. So.... Are you trying to say that the typical black man is ghetto? I totally share their sentiment: I love black men, and I don't desire or prefer to be in the company of a ghetto person either. And why would you question that? Accepting ghetto is like accepting redneck trailer trash. I'm here to speak truth, not be politically correct. Most of the black men I've kept company with have been decent to high quality... (the one that wasn't, was a lesson in what to avoid ) because there are plenty of black men out there who have their act together, and are not ghetto. And they are not white men in a black man's body. They are the real black men, who don't get the recognition they deserve.

    I said that because they kept comparing bm to wm by saying that the things that were more commonly assosciated with wm (snap backs, skateboarfing, etc.) were more appealing on bm than on wm in their eyes. I said nothing about ghetto.

    I'm with you. I am always attracted to bm. The ones I know are fine, intelligent men who live decent lives. I'm not into crappy guys, black or white. As a matter of fact, a few black men I've friended right here on this site are the most intelligent men I've met in a while. Not to mention so very handsome!!

    As a black man for every second of my entire life I am almost a zero for all of their reasons for loving black man. I guess I am chocolate at least. I guess that I might as well be Indian (from india) in their eyes.
