Three things:

1. If someone dislikes another person based solely on their skin color it is racist. After all, isn't that the definition of racism?

2. Your small business example of hiring only one race is just ignorant...yes, it's your opinion, but an ignorant one nonetheless.

Thinking that you will know someone based on their culture is prejudice. I was raised Christian and I'm Jamaican and I'm far from the stereotype. It's like assuming that if someone is young and black from America that they only like hip hop or worship gang culture is racist.

And to the thread starter, hiring preferences and dating preferences are two totally different things.
If some white chick was only into white guys with blonde hair and blue eyes, good for her. Thats her preference. Thats what turns her on. So what?
That doesnt make her racist againist minorities.
