That's what I was thinking I do recall being over there and experienced the black man being very forthcoming with whatever was on their mind. And that was a pretty commendable thing to do. I mean I'm sure that there are women out there that would love to take the lead with a shy guy but for the most part women would prefer the stereotypical aggressive male who's exciting and not afraid to speak his mind about what he wants.

That's true most black guys aren't shy but I find that latino guys are probably the most aggressive especially when you're just walking down the street.

^Can't speak for all blk men, but you'd be surprised that many of us are kinda shy, especially towards white women because of the social/political nature of a blk man being with a ww.

Interesting. I live in West Palm Beach Florida. Looking for a "mature" women. But I get the feeling they are all black men haters, or they too rich or too uppity to be seen or even consider being with a black man. Its weird.

Try putting a shirt on, they may take you more seriously.

I believe It is not about the skin colour, it is about being a man and a stranger.

I second that. I'm very petite and short, so depending on the situation (ex. walking alone at night), it can sometimes be intimidating (regardless of skin tone).

Not like we can see the mans skin color in the dark, anyway.
