granted some form of 'power' exists within the black community, does it match up to the power that the white majority holds, in both capital and government? No one's saying blacks have no power (we aren't living in the 1800s), just not enough to inflict, or threaten to inflict, the same amount of racial damage as the majority.
Fairly diverse. But both of my parents were from the rural South and dealt with some resistance during the civil rights era. They can't get the past out of their mind and are inflicting it on me.
