like for me, i dont address the lewd sex act posts or the ones dealing with rap stars i know nothing about. so i dont address it, so when i asked why it was so quiet, it was of course referring to the posts that were of most interest to you not the ones that are not

I first found this site when I started dating a bm. It wasn't the first time I had dated someone of another race but the first time it had gone beyond three dates. I did a search for sites about issues people deal with when they date outside of their race...and this was one of the first that popped up.

Since then I have seen a couple of other sites that also discuss interracial dating but they aren't for me. There are quite a few threads here concerning "this woman is hot" but I can handle a few cause I can appreciate a beautiful woman. But for the most part, I appreciate the discussion of societal issues and the open discussions between men and women, regardless of race. I appreciate the posts by most of the more regular posters, especially when you start to discover bits of their personality through what they write (with the possibility that they may be completely bull-shitting you).

Since I have started posting more regularly, I have come to realize that I am more physically attracted to men of color than wm. Participating in this forum has helped me deal with concerns I may have because of that attraction. I am no longer a girl with "white girl guilt," as I was in my first post.

amen sister, real women like you dont need white guilt, guilt is for the guilty--the racists have guilt thats why they hate so much.

be proud that love IR, nothing wrong with it at all and we dont have to apologize for nothin, thats why I post the lovely women(that "I" think are lovely, not who others do) because I am proud to be apart of the IR community.

I have dated IR all my life, even before real dating, as a child I liked girls of other races. only dating 2 black women in college, 20 years ago

thats great--my family always taught me and my siblings to be ourselves and not try and act like society stereotypes. So i take that as a compliment!! why try and pin someone down. life is very short, why be labeled and act like someone others want you to be?

like mom used to say, "If the others jumped off a bridge would you also jump off the bridge"?

No, I like who i like based on my background. If people were curious then the best question would be to ask about my background and not assume that all black men have to act the same and like the same types of women and activities.

not all white men are the same. some like blondes, some like brunettes, some like asian women, some like black women. some like rock, some like classical music and others like country, and some like all types of music. some enjoy chess and backgammon, others like collecting antiques, some like to sit around watching sports and some like to get out and hunt, fish, play baseball

why is it so hard to think that a black man is an individual and not a character you see in books or television? we are all different. colin powell is different than jessie jackson; Charlie Pride is different than R. Kelly; Arthur Ashe is different than Michael Jordan

so why do we have to pin each other down to respect their differences, i havent a clue

but peace--Diversity makes the world a lovely place

I found the site by accident but I found the topics and issues interesting because I had not really thought about them before.

I think tucker explained the answer to the question the best in this thread. 8)

Special Edit to all the lurkers: Come one, come all, but beware that we are quite a unique group of people, with our own posting/ writing styles, as well as differing and similar opinions, so if you can't keep up with the pace, or handle a good back-and forth exchange, then click on your mouse and keep going elsewhere. :p

I admit that I initially started to come for the personals, but started reading the discussion boards and got hooked on it. I couldn't stop reading and posting. I contacted and talked with 2 women IRL from here, but find that "hooking up" is prolly best done somewhere other than here.

I now see it as a support group for people in BM/WW relationships. I've been on this site and others. Sometimes the topics tend to drift away (no pun intended) from the actual purpose of the site, but most of the time its a great place to bounce ideas of intelligent BM and thoughful WW about the issues we face as a group. Before I could only talk with the people I know. Here I get an international perspective.

I also find that I am so much more educated about the issues than those who don't have access to a site like this. I have debated ad infinitum all kinds of people on here: white racists, black racists, etc. I guess if you here long enough you'll start to see the topics cycle back again and again as new people discover the site. Sometimes they add new insight to it. Sometimes its the same-o same-o. But its all good.

Lastly, I enjoy writing and I like debating on all kinds of topics. This site gives me plenty of opportunity to do both.

Why am i here? That's a really good question. Like most of the guys on here, i find some white girls to be attractive, but what separates me from others is the fact that i don't find any reason to ever be exclusive to them. I just don't think that it's necessary. My approach to white girls is simple..... if it happens that's fine, but if it doesn't happen that's perfectly fine as well. No problemo. There are just so many things that make me hesitate when it comes to liking a white girl. Things such as her family, friends, motives for liking me (is she only into black guys for sex) and the last thing that makes me hesitate when it comes to liking white girls is the negative history of racism and prejudice in this country. I know, i know, that shouldn't be a factor in things, but honestly guys, it is. When it comes to liking black girls and latin girls, there's not really any hesitation there, but when it comes to liking white girls, i'm probably going to hesitate, and be a bit more cautious. Also, when it comes to long term relationships and marriage, i'll probably hesitate a bit more with white girls than i probably would with any other type of woman. Over the past year or so, i've just seen so many things that have made me second guess and sort of reassess things as far as black men and white women are concerned. There are some things that are good about black men being with white women, but there are an awful lot of things that just make me sick to my stomach as well.

I'll cosign that. I'm always open to all sorts of women. As long as we click and she has a good attitude, it's all good. :D

I just found the link in another forum and decided to visit and liked it here. I love coming to talk with other black guys about our collective love (and lust) for white pussy. White girls and everything about them (their hair, their walk, their laugh, their personalities, their smell, their eyes, their voices, their bodies, their hips, their asses, their skin, etc...LOL I could go on and on ALL DAY) just fuckin intoxicates me.

Hip hop ones, european ones, country ones, NY Italian bad girls, goody goody shy ones, blonde, brunette, redhead, whatever dog. I wanna fuck 'em all. I see them and I just want to go talk to them. I love every single thing about them and could not IMAGINE even LOOKING at another black girl again (unless she was Hoops from Flavor Flav's VH1 show LOL She is WOW!!!!!! I am SO in love with her. Her smile and body is RIDICULOUS and just radiant of sexiness and confidence!).

But white girls will always be my number one. Yo I really cannot describe the feeling I get when I am around them (especially blondes with really tight jeans on where you can see the thong over the top and a low baseball cap tilted to the side, alot of hip hop white girls do that here in NY). There's just something about them. Truly God's greatest creations. I am pretty sure you all feel the same way.

    It's Pay Back Time!

Without a doubt, it's posts like this that make me second guess liking white girls at all. The politics of the whole thing are just all off kilter. This is really disturbing in my opinion.

    Bryant,

Are you sure that you would even want to be with a white woman if she ever came along? You seem to be weighing your options here back and forth, which comes off as wishy-washy to me.
