She died 24hrs ago in London, her real name was Marion Elliott and I never heard her name before, she is biracial just like Pres. Obama. Half African just like him. lol I listened some of her music on YouTube today and I liked 'em. My favorite song is "Digital Boyfriend" I don't know if any of you heard that song.... There are guys here such as ares2720 and newblackman88 who said they are into punk music so I was wondering if they know this lady probably this guys are young like me and know nothing about her. I believe she was active in that genre in 70s and 80s. I am not sure if she has large fan base in the US Like she does in UK and rest of Europe however the story of her death appeared in the entertainment section of major newspapers here which tells me she probably has some fans in this side of the pond too.
