I was shocked that Edwards wasn't fired sooner. The Chiefs do have some talent, but they can't win, not right now. I heard Shanahan was being looked at by the team, but I honestly don't see it happening.
Some are reporting Shanahan is close to signing with the chiefs, while other sources are saying that he wants to sit out a year. Personally I dont see Shanahan going to KC and basically starting over, plus they have a new young GM and Shanahan is a strong personality that could possibly usurp some of that power. Plus we all know that he and Jerry Jones are having some secret negotiations and he will be the coach of the cowboys.
