White women who date black men used to ONLY date white men

So, I came up with another one to add to all the other ones I made in here (am I good or what?) to ask you all, especially the women, this question: Is this always the truth? Because from what I have read within the posts/threads of these forums, it isn't always true that all white women who date black men (mainly exclusively) have only been with white men up until they started dating us.

So, if you can... school me.

What do you mean? Untill they started dating black men, they've been with white men, who else, or else they wouldn't have just started at that point. :?
Or do you ask if we dated Asians or Latinas before dating BM?

I'm lost. So if all the men I dated were white, and then by some strange event I met a black guy in a country where there are almost no black people, and I fell in love with him, does that mean I confirm or break the stereotype? What's the stereotype anyway? ohhhh I have a headache.

Some of us where with other men before dating BM.. some weren't.. I have friends who have never been with anyone but BM..

Personally I've only been intimate with one white man.

Most of the time, whenever a white women is questioned about her attraction to black men, she will say something along the lines of "well, I never considered dating black men up until now, though I have always been attracted to them", and not only have I seen THAT written in here, but have also seen posts written by white women who claim that "I guess I'm more used to dating black men than white men because I have only been with black men" or something like that. I made this thread to ask about the stereotype of white women ONLY dating white men before they decide to date a black man instead.

As for Asians, Latinos, and whoever else, many white women would be quick to tell you that they would consider dating one of them before a black man, and probably have. Some of these same women would say that they dated Asians and Latinos before they started dating black men also.

well, I never considered dating black men nor am I used AT ALL to them, simply because seeing a BM in my country is so rare that if you'd look for them with a microscope and you wouldn't find them. That's why I guess my attraction to BM will have to die from itself, unless I move to a more racially diverse country hmmmm.......

Yeah Sardonic..I'm from rural northern Minnesota. The only black men that were there when I got near dating age were married either to black women or white women who had imported them.. There were no opportunities to date a BM or I would have been interested and willing right from the beginning..

Then I divored in 95 and I moved a few years later. I specifically looked at areas I thought would give me better opportunties to date the men I would have preferred to date years earlier.

 

You having to move out of Romania to a more racially diverse country.

Some brothers would like to think that, because out of resentment they want to feel that they took one from the white man .

 

Possibly, though the norm is for these white women to date non-black men first by their own choice.

This might be why most black guys that I've dated feel the need to ask whether or not I've been with a black man before. Always kinda makes me giggle.

i personaly find all race beautiful and its a shame people have to think that away!Men are men no matter what race they are and have all the same things!

 

I have no idea why it should matter which race the girl was dating before...
If she has been only with WM, well great, here I am making her discover an alternative
If she has been only with BM, cool, when she sees my "black mamba" she won`t jump like a sacred virgin

It just doesn`t matter who she`s been with before, what matters are her feelings in the present!! isn`t that the most important??? :roll:
