The chick is a blk French girl who was part of the crowd who welcomed him to the city and 2nd they said Obama was looking down the steps while descending but the angle of the pic taken made it appear that he was checking her. But Sarkoszy seems to enjoy whatever was going on.

Hmmm... this pic does look doctored up with photo shop or something. It does not appear that the shadow that female is making is consistent with shadows from others in the pic or even the background. I think pretty much it has been altered. Cant tell for sure without analyzing the actual photo.

Yeah from the side angle Pres. Obama was actually telling another world leader to watch his step he did not even glance at the girl. The girl is some other world leaders daughter. Sarkoszy was staring at her ass though.
