Yeah but the habit of maintaining a healthy diet is harder for a lot. Almost everyone who has told me they want to get into shape talk about how they can't drop their bad eating habits or try to justify eating some of the food they do. I know plenty of people who work out but eat life shit and get no results. You ever see those people in the gym for months and months but they make no progress? The problem with them is they don't know what to eat, when to eat and how much of it to eat. You don't even need intense exerciser to reach your goals most of the time (assuming you aren't trying to put on muscle). And like you said, your food isnt greasy. Most people love greasy good. All that sugar and salt is addictive in a way.

 

I suspect too many people can't cook actually, and it doesn't make it better when all the food shows tries to make it look harder than it is.

 

I think not being able to cook, is a massive reason why those attempting improve their health struggle a lot. That certainly applies to me anyway.

 

I have meet so many grownups that can't even make a simpel dinner lately, it actually frightens me.

 

That's just plain ole' sorry.

Their kids are better off raised by wolves.
